CEMETERY UPDATES: 

Please ensure that when making a payment, you have quoted your INVOICE NUMBER followed by the surname of the deceased on the field indicated [reference] with your bank account. Failure to do so will result in a refund and you will have to submit the payment again. 

You will receive your invoice from the Cemetery Clerk upon satisfactory completion of forms.
